It was fun because I was with Rara and I can say that travelling with her now is a breeze, because she's a little girl already, so she can appreciate more of the things surrounding her, and she can do some things on her own already. Luckily, she get used to long-hour travels already so I don't have problem with her getting nauseous or catching cold due to sudden change of weather. I also noticed that she doesn't want to drink milk when we're outside and insisted on drinking fruit juice instead.
Mayon Volcano - 'di ko matyempuhan na perfect cone
Also, it seems that the rainpour there is "different" than any other place, 'cause I've felt that it's heavier than usual (parang mas malakas ang ulan doon, or siguro kasi I'm imagining how it was during typhoons, especially after hearing stories from my relatives about how some places there easily got flooded, somehow parang nagka phobia daw ang mga tao dun after nong typhoon "Reming")......but overall, the province is scenic, with beautiful old churches (I loooooove old churches!), nice and polite people (napagod din ako kaka bless sa mga elders)....
Our Lady of the Gate Parish in Daraga, Albay
Born on the date when people wouldn't miss sharing a gift, raised in a cool place where we give prominence to the letter "R" (in our town's spoken language, most of the Tagalog words with letter "D" are replaced with letter "R"), and now living and working south of somewhere, with a very colorful life soundtrack. My videoke national anthem is "Goodtimes" by Edie Brickell I am shallow - a decent mug of tea with milk pleases me ; and I am deep - I usually trail socio-political news and issues especially when there is probe in aid of legislation (sabi sa inyo, malalim e ha ha). My personality is very much defined by my iPod music collection. I have a passion for singing and usually takes extra efforts to be discreet and resist the overwhelming urge to sing for hours. Don't worry, the mic still has a chance to leave my hand, when too-mainstream tunes come in.
